She was born in 1957 in Çanakkale. He completed his primary education in Mustafa Kemal Pasha district of Bursa and Ceyhan district of Adana, secondary education in Eyüp, and high school education in Antalya.

She graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Architecture in 1981. In 1983, she started to work as a reporter in the Istanbul Municipality Directorate of Reconstruction.

With the establishment of district municipalities in 1984; she worked in Şişli Municipality at the Zoning Directorate, in Durusu (Terkos) Municipality in 2005 as Reconstruction and Science Affairs Manager, and in 2009 as Silivri Municipality Zoning and Urban Planning Manager.

She continues her duty as the Director of Reconstruction and Urbanization in the District Municipality (Şişli Municipality).

In 2015, she completed her master's degree in Local Administration and Decentralization at Istanbul Aydın University.

Her life changed after she met Türkan Saylan at the TÜYAP Book Fair in 1997. In 1999, she became one of the founding members of the ÇYDD Bahçeşehir Branch. Board Membership; she served as the Social Commission Presidency and the Vice Presidency of the General Secretariat.

Between 2010-2019, she served as the head of the Bahçeşehir Branch.

She was elected as an Alternate Member of the Headquarters Board of Directors between 2019 - 2021.

She lives in Bahçeşehir, is married, and has a child.
