With the event organized for the Turkish Educational Foundation, enough money was raised to cover 150 girls’ scholarship for the 2019-1020 academic year and the amount was donated to our association.

With the event organized for the Turkish Educational Foundation, enough money was raised to cover 150 girls’ scholarship for the 2019-1020 academic year and the amount was donated to our association.

Our compatriots that live abroad are continuing to volunteer to provide for the education of all students and for female students in particular that need support.

In March 2019, a dinner and conversation event named “Songs for the Future” was organized by the Turkish Educational Foundation that was set up 50 years ago and it was attended by our friends in California.  Prof. Dr. Ayşe Yüksel and Prof. Dr. Filiz Meriçli were the invited guests representing ÇYDD.  Funds in the amount of 150 girls’ scholarship for the 2019-1020 academic year were collected and donated to our association.
