The Istanbul Convention Keeps Alive. We Will Not Give It Up. We will fight for our legitimate cause till the end.

The lawsuit we started in the name of our Executive Committee Member A. Fatma Nur Gerçel is being tried at the 10^th Bureau of the Council of State.  The lawsuit asks for the cancellation of the Presidential Decree that withdraws Turkey from the Istanbul Convention.  The prosecutor’s studied opinion on each of our claims was that they are legitimate and that the decree should be canceled. In the coming days, the 10^th Bureau of the Council of State will decide on the whole of our lawsuit.
