Technology Support to Our Students

Today, there are 300 thousand higher education students and approximately 4 million primary and secondary school students in 11 provinces that were heavily affected by the earthquake. As ÇYDD, 3 thousand 500 of our students to whom we provide scholarship support are located in the earthquake zone.

The disaster inflicted deep wounds on our students, destroyed their homes and schools, and severed their loved ones and relatives from them. However, from the very first day, we strive to be with our students and work to rebuild the future with education.

While contributing to the education of our new 2,500 students affected by the earthquake with our leave scholarship projects, we also started to support our students with limited access to technology, especially our disaster victims, with the "Technology Support to Our Students" project. Our aim is to heal the wounds of our students who are victims of disaster with education and to reconnect all of our students with education.

In this project, our students who lost their technological devices in the earthquake or had to take a break from their education because of this, will be able to use computers, tablets, internet, etc. We aim to ensure that they have access to technological equipment and equality in education.

We should not forget that every child and young person who is deprived of their right to education today means that a light that will shine in the future goes out.
