ÖZGEN NAMA: “Each scholarship opportunity means a student will be nurtured much like a new sapling.”

The first thing Vice-President appointee Özgen Nama of İstanbul Halk Ekmek Inc. did was to donate his executive allowance to the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life (ÇYDD).  ÇYDD visited Nama at his office to say thank you. He was presented a gift pack.

ÇYDD President Prof. Dr. Ayşe Yüksel expressed that with his donation, Özgen Nama gave support to the work ÇYDD puts forth for the continuation of our secular and democratic Republic and to its development as a modern society guided by the light of Atatürk’s principals and reforms.

NAMA ASKED FOR COOPERATION

Özgen Nama in return thanked ÇYDD for all the work the Association carries out in particular to better education. He said that we should all support organizations such as ÇYDD that work to raise the generations that will brighten Turkey’s future. The stronger these associations become the more scholarships will flow to the students in need who will then make the future of the country brighter.
